About Me

After years reading works created from everyone else’s imagination, writer Joyce A. Smith put pen to paper and crafted a few of her own. These stories would be a launching pad for skits, short stories, films, a novel, and several plays. Her productions have garnered entrance into festivals in New York, DC, and Atlanta, including winning the Judge’s Choice award in the Kingdomwood Film Festival.  

An educator, minister, and leader in the fight for stronger families, mental health, and victims of human trafficking,
